We went on Labor Day which really wasn’t super busy but the restaurant had a lot of dirty tables, the Chuckie band didn’t play a single time in the 3 hours we were there, they were out of their cookies, and only had 1 person working behind the counter for the register and for the ticket exchange. Just very disappointing visit overall!
It was good
June 24th I had my daughters 3rd Birthday here! I believe they must have been understaffed, the people working were very nice when I could find them ! We received our adult cups half way through the party (I had to find her to get them because she never brought them) later both ice machines were out of ice ! Last but certainly not least, everywhere you looked you could see trash ( napkins, plates ect.) the purple guy on stage his eyes are all messed up. Overall I’m sad i paid for that experience for my daughter.
We always have a blast. It is very fun. The only negative thing I can think of is that it used to be easier for my little to earn tickets. She feels so cool when she gets a bunch. But it’s nit that big of a deal. Love the cheese bread and all of the great games for little guys. We had a blast! I really like the stamps on the arms with numbers to make sure nobody runs off with a kid that is not theirs. Makes me feel safe when she is running faster than I can keep up.
The employee at the front counter was rude as all get out, the pizza looked like someone took a dull butter knife to it to try and cut it, had to tear apart the pizza by hand so by the time my kids got their piece of pizza they couldn't tell if it was pizza or a pile of shit. Total mess. $35 gone to waste. Fire your lazy rude employees and hire someone who wants a job. And train them how to make a pizza and how to cut it. Ridiculous.
