Was absolutely livid with their recent Santa chucky !!!!! They had all the little kids line up where they do the chuck e dance and give out free tickets but instead they all reached into a stocking and pulled out cotton candy ... They were jumping up and down and then a lady came and told all the parents of the kids that they now owe them 2 $$. ... Slimy move never coming back again !!!!!
It was great... Food nice and hot .... Host for my party was excellent. ... I really enjoyed myself. .

They need more staff on days with multiple parties. I never saw the hostess at the party I attended with my son this past weekend, 2 TINY slices of pizza per guest, people leaving very young children unattended, and those old enough to know better, but don't act like it. And those way too old to be "playing" at Chuch E. Cheese's, as far as security, that little girl at the door doesn't seem to be in any position to stop someone with earnest intentions of kidnapping. First time back in 10 years to this location, never coming ... read more
My 3 year old son and 1 year old daughter loved it here.my wife and two children loved the pizza, it was amazing.
