We held a double birthday party for my daughter and her half brother here in August of 2011. It was by far the most horrible experience ever. There were numerous children there who were clearly unsupervised (as in, parents drop them off and slip out quietly). The noise level was awful, and plenty of the other children were as rude as can be. One of them even tried to take my daughter's tickets when she wasn't looking. We will not be coming back. Kids were stealing other kids tokens and tickets, totally unsupervised by thug parents who cursed up a storm while drinking beer in a both far away from their rude children. This is not a safe place for children wanting to have fun. This place needs a dress code as well. I saw a man's pants sagged so low that his penis literally hit a little girl in the head. DO NOT GO HERE.

Horrible location!!!!Had to stand guard the entire time.Hard to believe this is a chuck e cheese at all..Location needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I felt like it was visit day in prison. I will never take my kids there again. St. Charles county deputy standing at the front door. Had to keep my kids in a group & hold on to their coins & tickets because other kids would steal either as soon as you turned your back. Since the children were obviously not being patented, I had to spend half of our time being the parent that was needed by other kids. Again, awful experience, will never return.
