Terrible mgmt staff. I forgot the guy name, but I'll know him if I see him. His customer service was terrible. I ordered wings as an appetizer with my food and it came out after me and my family ate. I addressed the situation with him and did nothing to accommodate my inconvenience, not even an apology. The guy was Caucasian tall approximately 6'1 and weighed about 150 lbs. Had a wonderful time yesterday. celebrating my grate newphew 1st birthday party my grandkids really enjoyed themselves a lot my grandson didn't want to leave they have so many great games for the kids to play with this is a great family place to hangout at great job Chuck E. cheese's you have my 5*****
Chuck-E-Cheese was fantastic with the grand girls yesterday.There was only one problem. The kids did not like having two use a card system, they miss getting the tokens when they play their games, they do not like the card system if they lose the card they lose all their points if they don't bring the card back they lose all their points and also the kids themselves could not make the cards work without an adult there to supervise.

Terrible service the location it was so unclean the machine tickets it was broke and it was to long
Plenty of games but hard to get table for party of 5. We had to use 2 tables.i recommend Chuck.e cheese mascot to walk around for easier access to for kids and not be exclusive to private party area..enjoyed the pizza
