A fight broke out while we were having a 3yr old's Birthday party. What kind of owner thinks serving alcohol at a venue with hundreds of kids there is smart. I guess kids riding home with parents under the influence is ok. NEVER going there again.
Had my grandsons party - all was going fine until the disrespectful kind of people felt like they were entitled to steal food. Manager asked them to leave and they started in on him. Turned into a brawl. One older gentleman jumped by some punk. Must have been 10 officers come in to help the situation. Luckily we r all good. Grandson too young to grasp what was going on but my 6 year old granddaughter NEVER wants to go back. Maybe more security needs to be thought about my the management of this place.

Horrible experience ever!!!!!! the food I ordered wasn't right and I went to get soda twice and when I got to the table I realized both times that my soda tasted funny they needed to be changed I mentioned it to a employee and he said it probably needed to be changed and then I told management the second time and he did nothing but checked the sodas I thought I was getting something extra out of courtesy because I had to wait so long to get my food remade because it was wrong
We had my little girls 2nd birthday yesterday all went well til the end of the evening when we had kids unsupervised stealing my kids rides and games.. we also witnessed a woman beating her child who was prob 3 or 4yrs old cussing and yelling at little girl then told her child to shut up and stop crying after she beat her for being tired ??? Really ???? Staff def should step in and ask them to leave. over all other than these 2 events we had a great time staff was nice and awesome with my kids i just hope they start cracking... read more
Birthday party was easy to plan and our host was really good. The pricing was also amazing. I'd totally do this again for a younger kids birthday party.
