A great place for birthday parties and for kids to just have fun. Really wish Chuckie cheese would open a location in Dubuque Iowa, we need better places here especially for birthday parties.
Nice clean place, decent food. Only complaint is that chuck e Cheese was supposed to come out every 30 mins and he only came out once in 4 hours and that was for the birthday kids..
My son had his 5th Birthday party there today and it was amazing! Our hostess was KK and she deserves a raise, she is incredible! She made our experience the best it could of been, she was on point the whole party while also helping with another party. She made sure we had everything we needed and that we wanted for nothing without being pushy or rude, she had a great personality and was very friendly. I will definitely be back if all your workers are like her.

I will give a star for the fun the kids started out with and the food was good. But as to the service I gave nothing. The staff didn’t seem fo care at all. My granddaughter fell an their wet floor an hit her face. I went to tell the person at the front counter. But did I get help or a oh my is she ok. I got “oh yeah one of our sinks is broke an there is water on the floor”. I would never take my grandchildren there again. NEVER!! They didn’t care one bit.

I got glutened, by their gluten free pizza. If you have celiac do not eat there. The kids had fun and the hostess for the party was great. I wasn't happy with the mangers only 10% off either.
I was there for a birthday party. You have changed from token to cards. This is terrible....the cards can be read by any game the card holder walks past! And as I see it... there is a lot of money being taking from the cards without the customer knowing it! This is theft and illegal!! So I recommend you find a solution soon or the government might get involved! Here's your chance to fix it.... I will be in soon to see if the problem has been fixed!!! You owe ALOT of people money!!!!
