They took away everything that makes Chuck E. Cheese the place to go. Half the games and no animatronics. Just not worth it anymore
LOVING THE NEW renovation ❤️ AND STAFF IS AMAZING our server was the best and kept us up to what’s going on . SHE HAD AN AMAZING SMILE THE WHOLE EVENT DEF RECOMMEND ! AND THE SUPERVISOR THAT NIGHT WAS AMAZING ALSO 😍😍😍😍THEY ARE ALL PROFESSIONAL LOVE IT❤️❤️❤️❤️

Celebrated my grandsons 3rd birthday! He had a blast! Everyone was friendly and the place was very clean!
We went last night with a large group. The food made everyone sick this morning, not to mention the salad bar was leaking all over the ground the whole time we were there, and they were just using a shop vac to suck the water up to "fix" the problem. There were kids putting their hands all into the salad bar. Some lady tried to start a fight with my 15 yr old daughter for helping her unsupervised child,and accused her of trying to steal her child's tokens. We will not be coming back here. Waste of money.
Took 2 of my kids this afternoon, had 3 extremely stupid women in front of me in line. After waiting 12 minutes to order I had to tell my kids that were leaving but it wasn’t only that the woman were stupid but they couldn’t get another employee to take orders so we left. At least the woman in front of me with 5 kids under 3 all stole the water bottles that were on the counter for sale, but don’t get me wrong the moms knew they were stealing the water bottles too!
