I think it was a great experience for my first time. My family has been twice now.
Kids had a blast!!! Food was great. Suprisnly affordable too.
Most of the machines were run down and just janky looking. Some didn't even dispense tickets! Spent a lot of money on token cards and most of the machines didn't work well. The food quality sucked as well. Spent the amount you would at a buffet for some popcorn chicken looking chicken NUGGETS. I was highly disappointed with this visit tonight.

I haven't been there in a while but I loved coming because of the tokens but now no tokens I really don't care to visit. Had cards on my table that just came up missing. People walk around and pick your card up and you don't get refunded it is just a lost!!
Very disappointed!!! More than half the machines there were broke down. Guy followed my son outside while he had went to smoke. Young man asked where his key was from fixing a machine, son told him he never seen one. Guy had attitude and walked back in. I went to the manager with the complaint. He acted dumbfounded. Manager was at our table another father of a child gave key to manager, said his son found it on top of machine. I cannot believe the bad experience we had. Very disappointed�

Great atmosphere very clean ... Nice friendly service.. great games...... Like they say it's where A kid can be a kid a safe place ... When I'm back in North Little Rock .. I'll get my grand kids and my daughter and myself.. we will be back ..
It was my 2 grandkids birthday and they loved it that's all that counts had a great time and do it again for them if they want it ...
The buffet was out of pizza several times. I ordered coffee and it was cold before I could get cream and sugar. The cashier didn't know how to ring the Wednesday special and it was Wednesday. Poor service all around.
