Should probably hire more friendly people who like kids. The girl named jacey has the worse attitude ever!! 2nd time we have been here and the professionalism is total crap.
What happened to the scale that weighs the tickets... feeding them through a machine with a child that just wants to pick his prize equals a long 20 mins...
