Two of the employees and the manager stood there and argued with me over a damn salad. My husband and I were sharing and they said we had to pay for another salad. So we did and they still stood there and argued because we told them they had shitty customer service. Spend damn near 100 bucks there and that's how we get treated! It's been like this for awhile! I was just hoping it would get better because my kids like coming, but nope it actually got worse.
It's fun for 4 yr old grandson your definitely not there for the food it's like Tony's pizza but our grandson enjoyed it
It took literally an hour to get 2 pizzas, a sampler, and a cookie! It was a Monday night. Very unsatisified!

Staff was very kind and helpful. The new system they have instead of using coins for the games are really easy and user friendly. The pizza and the salad bar was great also!!
My grandsons favorite fun thing to do, they always have a great time, great fun and awesome employees!
I just get frustrated with this place for this reason.... I thought it was corporate policy to have the actual "chuck e" come out for the kids every hour on the half hour. We have been here several times and he has NEVER made his appearance (with the exception of a private birthday party, and he never returned for the other children during our visit) They only play the songs and my child trys to dance with the statue. My grand daughter enjoyed herself while at Chucky Cheese and that all that really counts.
Didn't eat but my kids love the games!!! Will definitely take them again. �
The guy working the ticket counter was very rude when we were there and got very frustrated and voiced his mind in Front of my kids and their friends because they all chose the same thing and he kept having to go back to the same thing. We will never go back!
