Pizza card board not enough staff they were rude spent 100.00 family 3... Miss peppys ... Kids could had more tokens at time out ..$40 for 150
Its gone down hill the past 6 yrs. Tonight our pizza and bread took 37 mins.THERE ARE people here and no one else has a number flag up.Just us. The kid cleaning is just wiping down bits and pieces on the tops of games, Saladbar is in ruins,tables have stuff on em from earlier. Kinda disappointed, the pizza is good THO,
The place was filthy. The staff was rude. Service was slow. Everything surface was sticky. Not my idea of anywhere I would like to take my child. I was embarrassed that I had invited our families there for a birthday party. First and last time for Chuck E. Cheese's in Rapid City!
If your idea of a fine eating establishment involves mediocre cardboard pizza, bathroom facilities that are not functioning and filled with urine and fecal matter, all surfaces that are sticky, and broken TVs and games. Then this is the place for you. Next time I'll just hook up a gaming system in my living room, buy a bunch of Totino's pizzas, and hire a homeless drifter to dress up in a mouse suit and sing songs to my children. It's a shame I can only give this place one star. It truly is a magical place.
Took my daughter an 3 niece's there today they had a blast
As we sat for over 20 mi utes waiting for tokens the guy behind me said he had tried to get someone for over half an hour. We were there over an hour and a half and no tables got cleaned off around us and the game next to us kept saying call the attendant. We tried to tell then and Noone ever came. Super understaffed and dirty!
We were there a coupleasure weeks ago and we're totally shocked at all filthy it was. The bathrooms had towels around the toilets that were soaked in urine. The sink look like they hadn't been cleaned for a LONG time with black streaks running down them. This was just in the women's bathroom, but my husband commented on how dirty the men's bathroom was too. We were there for 45 minutes, and when we got there most of the tables were dirty with trays of food left on them. When we left those same tables still had the same food ... read more
Went in first thing on Monday and was shocked at how filthy it was . We had to walk around looking to find a clean table . There was pizza sauce splatters all over trash can and the floor looked like it hadn't been Vacuumed in a long time .
Never go there again. It was so filthy and the sevice wasn't very good.
