Came for a day out with my kids and they won a lot of games but no tickets were coming out of the machines. It kept saying "tickets owed ..." On SEVERAL games needless to say that is one of the great things for kids when they win tickets cause they know they will get prizes for them. I alerted a staff member and she said okay I'll be right there. I was standing there for half an hour and the kids come up to me saying it did it on another game. We only go for birthday days, but the food was better than I remember. This one is clean and set up nice
Nothing but germs people don't know how to eat out in public with their kids they let the kids put their hands all in the salad bar they have snotty nose running all over the place touching everything they don't disinfect the place like they should they too expensive that's why I hate Chuck E cheese

The bathroom was completely disgusting. Almost every bathroom stall had pee in it or poop the toilet. If it didn't have one of those it was filled with toilet paper and it was hanging out of the side. On one toilet the was dried pee at the top of the toilet where the lid is. Gross but dang it's amazing that someone can even get pee there. It's the girls restroom I would ha e to see what the boys looked like. This place has caused my family anger because of adults not giving a single fuck about what their kids do.... Hell if my kid were ever to be bullied I'd take it straight up to the manager, then the parents of the kids and demand compensation for what happened to my kid. There's no reason why anyone should have to fucking deal with that kind of shit! Only thing I have to say to chuckie E. Cheese is get in some people who will work on the floor to watch activities and get more security camera's and watchers.
Normally its pretty packed, but this evening wasn't bad at all, my kids had a blast although towards the end after buying more tokens my daughter left hers on a ride for a quick min and they were gone, really I think that's so scandalous and pathetic! Other then that went well, but I think that's pretty damn sad to steal
