About a third of the games were out of order. At least half of the games that did work were faulty and/or were out of tickets. It was overcrowded, too. The restrooms were filthy to top it off.
Was there on a Friday nite. They were completely understaffed even though they knew a school event was happening there. We waited in a long line to order food. They ran out of the beer I wanted. We ordered a kids meal and after an hour and a half, I asked the "servers" 3 times to check on my order. They repeatedly said, we only pick up and deliver. Completely understaffed. ALL of the ticket munchers were broken I asked an employee who was on the floor for help and he responded with "I'm on my 30" meaning his lunch break. Then went into how he's the only one on the floor because they're understaffed. Waited at the prize counter over 40 minutes. However the kids had fun for my daughters birthday so I'll rate it fair... no I would never go again.
It served its purpose by keeping my child entertained and being able to use the pass instead of coins was very convenient but the customer services it still crappy the staff there does obviously have gente jobs and express it very well with their work ethic , and the food is still crappy for the price we have to pay, but my daughter had an ok time so they get 2 stars

most of the games were out of service & all the ticket muncher wasn't even working plus the machines to buy the tokens were out of service we had to wait in a big line that was taking for ever because only one register was open just to get some tokens
I love to come here and my kids too, every week we spend many hours playing, kids having so much fun, the workers are awesome, we love the salad bar, always they have a great deals coupons check out before buy anything!
Good Pizza, good games but there are some real ghetto ratchets that have their little good roaches all in your face while you have a reserved table.
