I had my son's birthday party there yesterday. There was a decent amount of children that attended and they all had fun. The food was good and the workers were nice. Thanks :)
We went on Sunday night and they were incredibly understaffed. The place was a disaster and screamed germs!!! Dirty tables, the salad bar didn't look clean and the soda area was a sticky mess. The manger was watching the door and a little boy needed his aunt. The manager wouldn't let him in. The poor kid who was about 8 began to cry. Too crowded. Kids are everywhere. We attended a bday party of our friend's daughter, kids from other tables are joining us for the pinata. A big place but not organized
You guys need to clean or change the carpet. It smells bad really bad.
Who's big bright idea was it to give little kids play passes. These little kids are just tapping their cards and walking off. W/o even playing the game. Smh
