I usually always enjoy bringing my son to Chuck E cheese but I was there on Sunday and some of the employees were not very nice to a Co worker. In particular the young man who dresses as chuck E. The girl at the ticket counter was not giving the kids everything they had chosen with their tickets but deducted the amounts from the total tickets. She did this to my son as well. More than half the games didn't work so people were spending tokens and getting noting out of it. Some of the staff was told about the games not working... read more
I like the live Chuck E when he dance with Kids Birthday Party
First time there. Ordered and my 2 year old started playing. 40 minutes later I am still waiting on my personal pizza and chicken nuggets. Very upset that they didn't come check. Especially when they give you number for your table. Will not be back again.
Had fun but they don't answer the phone ever.... So I had to drive 20 minutes to see if someone turned in my daughters doll...
My kids enjoyed all the games and fun... So thank you for the fun time
