It's a fun place for grandparents to take their kids.. I guess Chucky doesn't come out in weekdays. We never saw him, My granddaughter had a good time

Awesome place to take the grandkids to, we celebrated my grandson's birthday there yesterday and everyone had a blast just loved it. The staff was great and help seating family members what an awesome staff and place to be.
My kiddos had so much fun thanx we really enjoyed yesterday my kiddos always have a blast ����
Awesome place for kids and I feel safe taking her there knowing that you can't just leave with her without being checked.
Service was horrible. My sister had to bring the food out for the kids and it wasn't even packed. Understaffed and no curtesy what's so ever. Didn't like it and wouldn't be there if it weren't for the games..
Last visit wasn't so great, this visit was really good! The employee doing the ticket booth was amazing!
