Unfortunately this location is undeserving of 4 stars. I recently visited this location with my wife and 2 boys who are under 5. I ran into not one, but 6 different games that were damaged, inoperable. or failed to work as intended. I know part of the battle is consumers not reporting problems, but at the same time there should be a check up so that machines can be closed and tagged out where applicable. I like that place my granddaughter loves Chuckie chesse so much I went sat I had to clean a table for us I asked two employees but never came to clean the table
We had a great time very clean and the food was great and the employees were amazing and so nice
Oh my! It was horrible! We were visiting Waco and my child loves this place! So took him! Very busy because of lots of birthday parties and very short staffed! People plus myself sat for over 30 minutes for their pizza and some ask for a refund! I over heard people complaining as myself did and I will never go back! Plus it was dirty and smelled!
Waited 2 hrs and the chicken wings never did come ,,
I really had a great time watching my grand son play all the games. Pizza was good and the salad too.
They seemed short handed as long as the kiddos had a good time that’s all that matters
