My son (2.5 years) loved playing the games, but it seemed like half the game had some type of problem. Some games were missing balls, had no tickets, had error codes on the screen, and overall the place was a little dirty and under staffed. When we were leaving no one was even at the door to check us out, until a employee was walking in to start her shift.
I Brought my daughter here for a small birthday party. Our hostess, Kyla was top notch, Very kind, great with kids and accommodating. The manager greeted me at the register and was very personable and helpful. I've never had a bad experience here. Overall, an A++ experience.
Great staff, Clean and safe for kids. Location is good for people familiar with the mall area
Its was a very fun time, just wish they kept up on the maintenance on their games. A lot of the ones my son wanted to play, something was always messed up with the controller, steering wheel, ect.
