My son had a party there this past Sunday. It went wonderful. We were super happy! Our party hostess was amazing and very helpful. It was crowded (but it's always crowded on a weekend) but that was to be expected. I have nothing but nice things to say about our experience, the only negativity is towards the parents who bring their kids and don't watch them and let their kids skip lines or push people out of the way. We will def be back!
We had a blast! Pizza was excellent, esp with the stuffed crust! Seemed pretty clean except for underneath some of the baby rides was visible dust collection. No biggie though, they had hand sanitizer posted up everywhere. Food was fast too! We'll be back! We saved our tickets for something cool later! 👍🏼👏🏼👏🏼😎
My family visited today and were surpised by the new card system. Along with removing the play structure they took away the tokens. Everyone gets a play pass instead. A play pass that has to be loaded with at least $10 to start or reload. Here are my issues: Before I could give my kids $2 in tokens, requiring my kid return to me to either get more or eat some of the pizza and find out which table is ours.
