We have been many times. This time was not so good. We arrived at 11:00am waiting on them to open. They have taken down the play area. We stayed until 2:00pm. We had coupon for 100 tokens and got the lunch bar from from 11-2, but they took our plates while we playing games. Did not get to eat anymore. Yes asked for other plate, but they took receipt also. Chucky never came out all day and they had lots of kids from boys and girls club.
The kids loved it..but the salad bar wasn't ready till 3 ..what is up with that ? And the floors had alot of trash around ..it definitely needs care.
I had so much fun with my 2 yr old granddaughter. This is definitely fun for all ages!!

The kids had a wonderful time in all the rides, playing games And the slide. Only complaint I have is the pizza isn't the best. For how much they charge. We got 2 large An d one medium An d drinks. Which was $68.00. Just seems abit high to me. Not to mention all the money you spend just get a decent prize out of tickets. Course we had our 3 grandchildren, so it's hard to spend a whole lot. 70 tickets per kid, And still really didn't get hardly anything. we had a great time from the food and of course chuck E.cheese. My son loves him. He liked the games as well. We will be back.
There is a guy that works there named Lucas he was very nasty to my 8 year old he smacked her hand because she thought the tickets coming out were hers and she went to grab them and he smacked her hand i was so furious i was going to flip out on him but i didn't want to make matters worse and get us kicked out of there!
I took my granddaughter to Chucky cheese and they was busy we found a spot to eat in there was no reserve sign on the table but not soon after A manager came and told my wife she has to move in A harsh tone she says she'd be glad to move if she will help her find a place but what and happy way she was told to be moved
It was too crowded, the pizza was not the best, it was expensive, and you had to walk around trying to figure out if no one was setting at the table or not.
