Had a blast. Every time we come in everyone is smiling. Ashley is always smiling, is very genuine, and cares about the customers. We go during the buffet. The game tech is always nice and on the ball if there is a problem.
It was really nice and the kids had a ball!! Our hostess Asia was amazing and very attentive to our every need. The pizza was great just as I remember it. My only issue is the fact that they no longer use tokens and its now on a card. It was soooo difficult to split the tokens for the kids. Other than that we had an awesome time!!
Now I understand why the floors at ChuckeCheese are so sticky and nasty. When they run the cotton candy machine and bag the stuff, the top of the machine shoots cotton candy fibers in the air and they float all over the place, eventually landing on the floor and tables. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend buying any cotton candy here at the Annapolis location. The employee I've been observing keeps dropping the cotton candy on the floor, picks it up off the floor and in the bags it goes to buy... nasty!
They have done a great job remodeling the store, and making it easier to use by removing the tokens.
It was horrible the staff was unprofessional arguing in front of customers one girl working the counter had hickeys all on her neck i had to explain to my son why she had bruises on her neck smh it was packed a lot of kids were not supervised and most machines were not working absolutely horrible never again will I come here!!!
It was a good time that started off a little slow but overall it was a good experience!
Love the new menu! Gone is the cardboard tasting thin crust of years past. Delicious Pizza and toppings, amazing salad bar as well. Love that this location has the noisy games away from the stage and party table areas. Upset that a few of the younger kids rides were broken though.
