The cashier was not customer friendly ,very rude ,wasn't communicating at all I had to repeatedly ask him questions. I won't be back,and I'm going to tell everybody I know not to go to that location.

My kids & grandkids had a great time & that pizza was "Da Bomb!" We live Chuck E. Cheese's!
The salad bar was horrible. The games are a rip off, we spent $40 for play he got enough tickets to get a big sucker, tootsie roll, and an air head. I could have bought these in the grocery store for $5. But it t was his birthday and that's where he wanted to go.

Overall it was about the kids and everything went great the kids had fun and they have a good customer service
Terrible experience. Employees are slow and outnumbered. Many broken machines and most clientele are not people I would want to spend any time with. Miserable, overpriced experience.
This was my granddaughters 3rd time celebrating a birthday there...my birthday hostess, Jennifer was awesome..I had her last year too...very friendly and attentive. .all the kids had a blast...love the new card system instead of the tokens..this way kids don't lose the tokens!
It's really fun for the kids and really cheap and live that they number the kids

The kids had a blast! It is a little tight in there to move around but the games moved fast and believe it or not the pizza was an 8 out of 10, not the cardboard I remember. The entertainment was loved by the kiddies and the service was better than expected.
