Food is outrageously priced
I’ve taken my little ones here a few times in the last year and ofcourse they love their experience here. During our first time here, a little girl stole my baby’s card, and the staff was nice enough to give her another one with some credits on it. I now only take my little ones when there not busy-just on weekdays, and when I do, they can kind of wonder around and play the games without any incident. I really enjoy their salad bar too while I get a pizza for my little ones to enjoy.
I was at this location on the 4th with my husband and 1y/o. The manger was so helpful and polite. My pizza was made wrong but we ate it anyway without telling anyone the mix up. Her the manger came up to us and said our pizza was ready. We told her we got ours already it’s right here. She said”I know but it was wrong. I’ll get you a to go box for it”. Wow!!!! I was blown away by how amazing she was and how attentive she was with everything. Ma’am thank you so much! You’re doing amazing.
Honestly, this place still serves as a great arcade/social outlet for children specifically around 3-7 years old. My boy loves it and it's refreshing not having to avoid biligerent teens
We had a great time at Chuck E Cheese for my grandsons 3rd birthday Monster Jam Party. Parking, low set up and affordable, not to mention ease of cleaning and entertainment included!
