Took my fiesta in today to get the inside door handle fixed after having a bunch of trouble with Dennis Sneed Ford messing things up. Turns out it was just some messed up screws. Said they wouldn't charge me anything if I promised to come back to them in the future. Excellent customer service, will definitely come back for any future needs!
I bought a 2016 Escape on December. Scott was wonderful helping to get me a good deal and work around my schedule. I was in and out in under 2 hours and got the trade in I wanted and a great deal. This was the easiest vehicle I ever bought. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of like I have in ever other dealership I have went to. This dealership is terrible in every way possible, except for my salesman, Grant, who was great. I bought a brand new F-150 Super Crew FX4 and I regret buying it from them every single day. Please go to any other dealership to spend your hard earned money! I have a list of absurd dealings with them on this truck and I've owned it for less than one month. They deserve no business at all!!!
