Nick was able to find the Mustang I was looking for at a compeditive price. Drove down from Sauk Rapids, MN to make the deal. No games when I arrived and agreed to trade price on my trade was honored. Completely satisfied with my transaction. Would drive down again to do business with this fine dealership.
WAS a faithful Chuck Anderson customer, however things have changed! I am not sure what's going on, but service is on a downward slide, Have had many problems with getting things done correctly, a 40 oil change turned into a 200 Thermostat repair that turned into a 130 dollar flush which has now turned into a 1000 DOLLAR heater core replacement!! Advice.. turn around and go somewhere else.. I am in the process of finding a place where faithful loyalty goes BOTH ways!! Sorry Dave..

Cannot brag enough about my car buying experience at Chuck Anderson. I made these guys jump thru hoops to get me out a 2018 vehicle, and they met every challenge head on with a smile and “can do” attitude. After a couple visits and test drives, they did not have what I wanted, but were able to locate the car I did want in Sioux City Iowa. My salesman, Ricky, even came in on his day off to help. Buyer beware! Seriously. Do NOT buy a used car from this dealership! Run as fast as you can away from this place. Go anywhere else. We bought a used 2004 Ford focus only 89,000 miles on it for our teenage daughter from this dealership in May of 2018....Continue Reading
