I looked up ramen house on Google and it somehow brought me to this gem and when we arrived we got the hot pot meal and Kelly the bartender was great guiding us to how everything works. We will definitely be back soon!
Completely dissatisfied with the online delivery service. Placed an online order @ 11:59am. Called at 1:03pm to check on the status of my order just to be told that the manager was not in and the online orders were not being read (although, my bank account had been charged and the transaction was processed). At that time, I was told that the food was being prepared and would be delivered shortly. I called again at 1:46pm and was told that the food was on the way.
