Will not eat there ever again. Food was not that good and over priced. The server had the nerve to come to me and complain about the tip when we did not get all the food at the same time and got charged 2.50 for a can (12oz) coke no refills. Better food elsewhere. Everyone skip this place.
Such a great atmosphere and the food is delicious! Have gone here the past 3 years for my birthday dinner, I highly recommend Chuan Shabu Worcester!
My wife loves hot pot so we decided to venture out to Worcester to try this place. It definitely was worth the drive and leaving the comfort zone of Boston. It was delicious very fresh... the waitress was very attentive...the atmosphere was great....I recommend it! if you haven't tried it yet. We would give it a higher rating and we'll become regulars!

Used to go to Chuan multiple times a week when they first opened. I moved to Denver 2 years ago and was excited to come "home" to my favorite hot pot place. It was definitely a disappointment. New management seemed more like a slave driver than a friendly face and service was absolutely horrible. The quality was not what it used to be. Kind of upset I wasted the little time I did have back in MA there.
