This was my first time trying this salon and it won’t be my last! I asked for simple French tips and my nails turned out so good, they look exactly like the reference photo I showed the tech. She took her time to ensure my nails were perfect and made sure I was happy with the finished look. Such a welcoming salon, reasonable prices, and quality service. I will definitely be back!
I am really sad about my experience and feel like I need to share it. I came in with a clear reference photo: a soft, dreamy, pastel manicure with layered color, and delicate gold accents. Instead, I ended up with what looks like chunky glitter slapped on top and some random stickers. There was no attempt to recreate the gentle fade or celestial look I asked for. Asked for a pink colour and the girl told me it wouldn’t show up because it was too sheer. Chose another colour (it was sheer white.) and got this horrendous beige-yellow colour. Service was fine and fast however not impressed with the colour for 62$ lol.
They are incredible. I’ve been going there for about six months and they knock it out of the park every time.
