Having not been to a dentist in many years, my experience has been made wonderful by a knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding person, Louann. She has kept me in the know about every step in the process, and has turned what I once dreaded into an enjoyable experience.

We love Dr Hess and his team. Top notch and pain free. We spent months trying to find a dentist since we moved to SC. We recommend him to everyone.

Everyone of the employees always seem so happy. That makes yu feel comfortable and welcome. I still am experiencing a tinge of pain, but the dentist told me that my gum would. I am aggravated though that I had an appt at 3:15 and did not get out of there until about 5:45. One procedure needed to be done and the actual procedure took about 15 minutes or so. Raven cleaned my teeth after not having my teeth cleaned for nearly nine years. Not only was she thorough, but she was efficient and very professional! Raven was very informative and knowledgeable about the service she was giving me. I actually learned a few things and I appreciate that! Being that I am very nervous when it comes to getting dental work done, Raven was able to keep me calm and assured that I was ok constantly throughout my visit.
