My appointment at Advanced Dental was as pleasant and heart warming as ever. The staff their treat you with the up most profession. They greet you with a smile as you enter their facility, gives you a tour of the facility. something I never got from other Dentist office. I was please with the service from the staff and the doctor. I would recommend Advanced Dental Center to my friends and family.
They staff always make your visits go easy and as comfortable as possible. Never worried or nervous when I know I have an appointment coming up. Dr. Herbert is a great dentist.
I called up there with an emergency because I had broken my tooth. I was absolutely miserable because the nerve was exposed and it felt like my tooth was on fire. I called up to advanced to see if they'd be able to fit me in. And they got me in there almost as soon as they opened because I was in so much pain. Then because it was an emergency, and I don't have insurance currently I was expecting not to be treated all that well. But the service I received was fantastic. I must say I was so shocked by my experience at Advanced Dental Care. It was definitely a 5 star experience. Everyone Was pleasant, courteous, AND helpful From the Time We Walked In THE door! Raven, our dental hygienist, was not only pleasant and helpful but knowledgeable. Thank you Advanced Dental for providing my family with the best dental experience.
Very pleased. Haven't been to a dentist in a very long time because of horrible past experiences and was really dreading this visit but my fears were put to rest and the ENTIRE staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Parks was very friendly snd straight talking. IF you have to go to a dentist, and you should, but are a coward like me....Advanced Dental Center is the place for you. ...and me.
Everything went just fine. Got in and out in a very timely manner. Everyone very professional.
Everything is explained very well. A very modern facility. The best dental cleaning I have ever had. Usually my teeth hurt afterwards but not this time. They will fit you in that day if possible to do any recommended work.
I has an abscessed tooh accompanied with throbbing pain and swelling. These nice people got me in the same day, and got me on antibiotics and pain medication. They are very professional and caring. I will go back to have this tooth taken care of, after antibiotic therapy. Again, I would recommend this dental group to everyone. Thank you, I couldn't have gone all weekend with this pain.
