I really liked the courtesy and respect of the ones in the office part and from Dr. Hess. My son and I chose to go to another dentist because the one he was going to had no people skills. She showed not compassion, concern or any type of caring towards me or my son. Dr Hess is totally opposite. We both really liked his and the staffs' mannerisms!
I have been going to Advanced Dental since forever. I have always received great service from the staff and Dr. Herbert!

The level of customer care service you provided is totally unmatched. Every single member of your staff from reception to the doctor was very knowledgeable of everything going on. Thank you for showing us and reassuring us that our family's dental needs are in excellent hands and you have our highest confidence in your services.
I have never met anyone that likes going to the dentist, I personnally hate it. However, I will say I am always treated with gentle hands and understanding and their work is done to perfection. Advance Dental Center has a great staff. I have been going there for 15 years.
My experience with Advance Dental and my Dr. Herbert was as always pleasant. He saw what my need was and attended to it in a gentle matter. His assistant as was very kind and thoughtful. Even though they are a business, it is not all about the money. They care about my pockets as well. I love Advanced Dental Center.
Today I had a root canal as bad as it sounds it was painless .I like what thay have done with the place over all ,yet it seems to have lost some of its family like atmosphere . The staff there is top notch and always happy to see u ,and that says a lot about management. From time to time I meet new staff members and thay are all well chosen for the job and not to hard on the eyes I must say. Everyone was so inviting and kind. They gave me a walk thru of the office and I felt like a "Guest" , not just a patient. I appreciate the customer service and how nice Dr. Parks and Mallory were. Keep up the great work .
For several years, I have only had a great experience at advanced dental. Thank you for being so good and accommodating. Thanks Denise -you are awesome!
