Went in for the Keratin treatment (anti-frizz treatment) and was extremely disappointed. I spent close to 400$ and my hair did not show any improvement at all. It's a scam. When I reached out to them, they admitted they used an outdated product! They offered a redo but made me wait weeks, offered to do it at a different location (that is 20 miles away from where I stay) and gave me only 2 slots a month out from then to choose from - neither of them would work for me.
