Christy Creme is a Council Bluffs tradition, dating back to the 1950s. That's when I started visiting it with my parents and siblings. Sixty years later, the homemade sherbet of Christy Creme is still a delight to eat. Beyond the ice cream and sherbet treats, the burgers, dogs, fries and rings are as good as any from those ginormous fast food chains...nope, they're better!!!
