My Mother was on 2nd floor for several days and every person assigned to her exhibited exceptional professionalism and friendliness. I’ve worked in healthcare for 3 decades and this type of atmosphere is rare. We appreciate all of it.
I received a prompt appointment when I told the receptionist about my concerns. The doctor asked questions and listened carefully before scheduling treatment.
The waiting room is so slow very horrible go to rapids hospital cause they don't care for u.only had 5 people sitting in with me an took 8 hours please if u love your life don't go there
The hospice nurses that do home hospice care for this hospital are some of God’s honest angels on this earth. They helped my grandfather get comfortable for his last moments and made it possible for him to finally pass in his sleep. I will forever be thankful for how kind and honest these wonderful people are. It’s so important to have compassionate and empathetic people doing hospice and they have the perfect people for the job.
