Best hospital I have had to use
This hospital has been my first choice for years until now! My 6 year old had her tonsils and adenoids removed. First of all the nurses did not give a darn what was going on with my child they did not check her vitals one time in the 5 hours she was in recovery. We would push the nurses button ad wait 30-40mins for a nurse to arrive with an attitude. We couldn't even get our locked bathroom door unlocked in time before my child wet her pants. Well, here I am on D Day. Today 2/24/12 I am scheduled for my same day surgery. Been here and done this before. Not a lot of high expectations. Boy, was I wrong. My first contact was with the receptionist at the desk, who was very pleasant and had a great demeanor fot that early in the morning. Then Charlotte introduced herself to me.
