Very bad experience yesterday I fill the form at the emergency reception. The woman who was working there said will call you. Waitibg 30 minutes she totally ignored me using phone and cleaning. Never go back there i was sick thats why i went there

My first experience was great! I went in wth abdomen pain due to me having crohns and colitis. Nurses was great, doctor came in I told him what was going on. He order blood work & a urine test. He Came back in & told me exactly what was wrong I was shocked bc this was the first ER doctor in 20 yrs that told me exactly what was wrong. Normally they would say well since you have crohns it’s a flare up!! To hear a doctor say you have an infection in your colon & a uti blew my mind! I filed a grievance with this hospital a last month. Out of the six paragraph response to my grievance, only two sentences actually spoke on my specific situation, even though I wrote a detailed five page letter voicing my concerns. After getting a generic response to the main concern in my grievance, I called the liaison assigned to me for further details.
