I filed a grievance with this hospital a last month. Out of the six paragraph response to my grievance, only two sentences actually spoke on my specific situation, even though I wrote a detailed five page letter voicing my concerns. After getting a generic response to the main concern in my grievance, I called the liaison assigned to me for further details.
