I was seen here on 7/21 and discussed billing and everything ahead of my visit. I qualify for assistance as my hours were cut at my job. Anyway, I was assured I wouldn’t receive a bill and that if I did, it would be covered 100%. Nope! I was double-billed, billed for services that I did not receive, cannot seem to get this corrected between this facility and the corporate office and now the refund credit for an overpayment from April that I was supposed to receive a check in the mail for appears to have been dissolved by inc... read more
