Can't believe this is a clinic
I usually use this place bc they are the only urgent care in the area that takes my type of Medicaid. But I went there yesterday sat for 3 hours and was tested for the flu and covid and my results were negative. I went to the emergency room today w a 102 fever and tested positive.
They do not listen here. And when you call to speak to someone no matter the time of the day you can be on hold for up to 30 mins then it hangs up. Never responds to pharmacy's who call for prescriptions. Front desk has a very rude set of attitudes not including two of the lovely women up there.
I was told that my bp meds didn’t cause swollen or growing gums .by NP Woodson After reading online otherwise. Now I have irreversible damage to my mouth. All because my concerns were dismissed. Fml !!
My nurse is okay with me. However, the nurse that works for her is horrible. She does not listen at all. She keeps regurgitating what my diagnosis is and miniscule information to seem smart. As soon as I am able to leave I will. I do not wish to be seen here much longer. It costs money and it is not efficient. The last thing I need is to be judged or how someone wants to prove how "strong and independent" they are. Out of decorum and respect, I will not say names.
