Dr. Zachary and his staff are very kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.
Dr. Zachary and his team of doctors are extremely competent and caring!
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Zachary and his team. It’s not often I enjoy medical appointments, but Dr Zachary always goes out of his way to ensure I’m comfortable, explains the procedure, introduces me to his team, and asks for my feedback after each treatment. It’s no wonder three other dermatologists recommended him to me. He enhances the reputation of the already-reputable UCI medical organization.
Their call center can’t actually make appointments because they don’t have access to any of the doctors calendars. So if you want to make an appointment it’s a total shot in the dark. There is some system issue where all they can see is the “next available” appointment slot which really does no one any good. For instance, if you wanted to "make an appointment between Jan 1 and Jan 7" what they will say is "well our next available appointment is on Dec 20, do you want that"?
