I am so impressed with CW Jewelers. I purchased a pair of CZ stud earrings online. They were wrapped beautifully , as if they were a pair of $8000.00 diamond earrings! Included was a handwritten note. That is wonderful customer service! When the time comes to purchase diamond studs, I will definitely be giving them my business ! Brought in my dad‘s vintage Seiko five that I thought needed a new clasp. Devon tightened the existing one, called it good with a handshake, no charge. To be able to have something on my wrist that my dad wore (who is no longer with us) . it’s something for which I’m truly grateful. Can’t get that kind of service from a Big Box store.
