Dr McConnell has professional, and very friendly staff. He spends time getting to know you, and your needs, talking with you. His hygenists are very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and do a good job explaining treatment options. They are very sensitive to pain management. If you haven't been to the dentist in a while, this is a good place to start getting healthy again.
