I'm a patient of Dr Kardasis and I was seeing him because I was diagnosed with Glaucoma. In recent years I developed Cataracts that progressively have gotten worse. I'm in my mid fifties and is extremely nearsighted and noticed that my sight was diminishing. Dr Kardasis told me how he can remove my cataracts and insert lens implants into my eyes to improve my vision and perhaps be able to see without wearing my glasses. Dr. Kardasis is very professional, yet very kind. He made me feel comfortable and secure in his ability to give me my vision back. I had cataracts removed from both eyes and after 55 years of wearing heavy glasses I no longer need them. If you are having vision problems, do yourself a favor and contact my doctor, Dr. Kardasis!
Dr. Kardasis removed a cataract & replaced the lens. Every step of the way from the initial visit to post surgery follow-up was perfect. Easy to make appointments, short wait times. Explanations were very clear & he listens very well. I was amazed at how easy the process & surgery went. A very skilled & personable doctor.
I make a point to tell Dr. Kardasis (Dr. K) on every visit I have, how thankful and appreciative I am for my eyesight and his skills. Dr. Kardasis was great with my mom's cataract procedure. He has great bedside manors. He made my mom feel comfortable throughout her surgery. Anytime we had questions or concerns prior to her procedure the staff was there to answer any questions. I truly recommend anyone that is in need of an surgeon of the eyes, Dr. Christopher Kardasis is awesome!
Dr. Kardasis Is in my opinion one of the best doctor's in his field. I had surgery Thursday and today(Wednesday) I am in tip to pool shape. He is wonderful!!!
I had cataract surgery with Dr. Kardasis in November 2019. I began to have a panic attack just before the procedure. He new right away that I had a phobia. He and his staff were both professional and compassionate with giving me the medication I needed to get me calm. I can write so many great things to say about my entire experience at South Suburban Hospital . I am so pleased with my decision to choose this ophthalmologist and would recommend his services. He is a stellar to me.
Dr. Kardasis is an excellent doctor who truly cares for his patients by providing a relaxing and informative atmosphere. His staff is wonderful and the procedures went very well.
Dr. Kardasis is a true professional. He knows what he is doing and has a very relaxed demeanor which enabled me to feel both comfortable and confident in working with him.
