Would rate 0 stars. This physician is both EXTREMELY incompetent and EXTREMELY unprofessional. My mother called in advance as this the sole Penn Medicine ready care/urgent care. This was the physician assigned. She was cleared per his front desk as an eligible patient for eye care. She drove a good 2 hours for his team to register her, take vitals, (PAY A $50 co-pay + parking) and then wait for this guy to walk in with a "so why are you here...There's nothing I can do for you.
