Generally ok here but that Nurse Renee is a bit slow to do something, not very nice, also did not make us feel like my wife is in good care and your male receptionist in the glasses was kind of rude, had a bit of an attitude, and was very unhelpful.
I was very nervous about having shoulder surgery. However, Dr Jones and his team helped to reassure me all would be well. All went well and healing process went extremely well. I would definitely recommend Dr Jones and his team they are the best.

Dr. Jones has been nothing short of a blessing ever since I met him. After dislocating my shoulder at a tournament, he took the time to speak with me and my family about the best options looking forward and was with us every step of the way. His professionalism has been outstanding and I will miss knowing that my Kaiser doctors have my back no matter what injuries I sustain.
