Dr Phelps communicated very well, in a friendly, open, knowledgeable and helpful way. He did not rush us and answered all my questions thoroughly. He was relaxed which helped me relax. I trust him completely!
Dr Phelps is a very caring Dr. he will answer all your questions prior and after surgery! His staff are fantastic and also very helpful! Dr Phelps has done complete hip replacement on both of my hips, he has done a total knee replacement on my right knee and a total shoulder replacement! I have an appointment with him to do a total knee replacement on my left knee , I would highly recommend him and have several friends that have also had him for surgery! And no complaint's! Bottom line he’s the Best!!
