Dr. Ninh should get zero stars. He had two opportunities to fix my hyperextension, first updated reconstructive surgery failed miserably, then I gave him another opportunity to fix hyperextension through a total knee replacement, again his 2nd surgery failed me miserably. The leg he operated on is significantly now shorter now due to miscalculations of the thickness of the implant & improper implant positioning of the artificial knee device as well. I’ve been refer from a dr to them and instead of being nice each person who I transferred seems like in rush and aggressive! They take the phone and be like Yes ! How can I help you ? And they didn’t even know why I’ve been transferred, that’s so annoying to talk to a patient like that !!!
Over the last 10 years, Chris has worked on both of my knees and recently on my right shoulder. I trust him and recommend only him when it comes to orthopedic surgery. For your knowledge, I am 82 years of age.
