I have been to about a dozen chiropractors over the decades, and they were all good. However, Dr. Bernabei, Balance Health Center in Center City Philadelphia, BY FAR has been one of the best. Not only are his adjustments less jarring than most, they are appropriate for each part of my spine. He incorporates pressure point "mini-massage" to the knots, to help release my back, not just release my spine. I can go many weeks (up to about eight) feeling good with his adjustments.
