It’s a shame that Dr. Kelly”s front desk and office staff have been extremely unhelpful and rude to us. They insisted that there is only one eye drop we can use that we had to mail order it. (They also miscommunicated with the insurance company, not going into that here in this review) We cannot afford out of pocket eye drops. It’s just for irritation and dry eyes. Dr. Kelly is fantastic!! He is very nice. He is very, very pleasant!! As soon as I met him it's like my nerves calmed down! He is very thorough and easy to talk too. Several family members and I have been going to Dr. Christopher Kelly for more than 20 years, and would not go to anyone else. He makes sure you know what is going on with your examination and your eyes, and explains what to do to maintain good eye health. I recommend him to anyone who needs a new opthamologist. Dr. Kelly gets an A*** from me!
I sent my grandson to Dr. Kelly to be fitted for contacts and for eye glasses. He has to wear contacts due to his work. Dr. Kelly gave him a prescription for eye glasses and would not fit him for contacts. His insurance only covers one eye exam per year. So we are out $75.00 plus the one eye exam and my grandson still has to find someone to fit him for contacts. Cannot get in contact with anyone in his office. I am posting this because I paid for it.
