There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul.

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Would you recommend this provider to others? Yes Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Mostly, I was still a little nervous Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

Yes, I was pressured Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Is this provider's business conveniently located? No, its really far from the freeway and other shops
