Waited 45 minutes to see Dr. Jones and during consult I asked to have some skin tags removed and he asked me to come another day because he didn’t have time …he was already behind on appts. I said why should I have to come back I had already waited to be seen. He barely spent any time diagnosing a skin rash. I definitely won’t be returning.

I haven’t even been there already and we start on the wrong side. I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Jones on March 29th a for 8:30am. I called in today to confirm my appointment and guess what happens being hold for 10 minutes and suddenly they hung up. I dialed again at this point a coordinator picks up the the call and tells me the staff only created an account but never scheduled my appointment. I tried to understand why? My daughter and I both see Dr. Jones at Vitology Skincare in Georgetown, TX. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and explains things so the patient understands. The atmosphere in his office is comfortable and inviting. The staff at Vitology are all friendly, courteous and respectful. We will definitely be going to Dr. Jones for all of our skincare needs.
